PROJECT AT A GLANCE 

BMG was the project technology consultant for the new Fair Lawn Arts and Community Center presently under construction. The overall square footage of the building is 45,000 square feet encompassing 3 floors that include a cellar, first and second floors.

BMG consulted, designed and issued RFPs for the new telephone system, telecom room, cabling system, LAN, wireless access, audiovisual system and physical security system.

BMG performed complete analysis, drawings and specifications, budgets, bid support and construction support services for the Beacon Housing Authority. 

 The Fair Lawn Community Center has sophisticated AV systems throughout its building, which includes a 150 seat theater and high tech control room; gymnasium, exercise rooms, multipurpose rooms, class rooms and computer based training rooms where AV consultation and design are required. The theater is professional quality. Professional and community plays and performances are scheduled on an annual basis. The theater lighting, sound system and communications is of a professional quality.
